What we started with was an idea of creating a web portal, a website and putting lots of stuff on it and driving lots of people to it. But if you're really trying to talk about a global web portal, you really have to think about this a little differently.

There were issues of basic access which we all know about. But we're talking about a completely different issue if we're talking about women's access. So you might say, for instance, that a woman has access to an internet cafe because it's right down the road from her, but if she's got three children and she really can't leave the home, then how much access does she really have? And even if she can access it and she goes in there and everybody in there is a man and he's looking at inappropriate websites, how comfortable is she? And so there's multiple layers of issues of access.
